CASE OVC Project – ADS South Rift

ACKNIDP CASE OVC project operates in Narok County, within Narok North Sub County (Township/ Oleleshwa, Melili, Oloropil, Olposimoru, Olokurto, Nkareta and Wards), Narok East Sub County (Ildamat and Mosiro wards) and Narok South Sub County (Ololulunga and Esinoni wards). The project area is subdivided into three clusters (geographical areas of operation), that is Olokurto, Central and Ololulunga Clusters.

Objectives

To improve the well-being and protection of the children affected by HIV/AIDS, including meeting their basic needs to ensure children and adolescents are AIDS free, healthy, safe, stable and schooled.

Sub-purpose 1: To improve the health and social status of OVC and their families.

Sub-purpose 2: To enhance economic resilience, caregiving and protection capacity of OVC.

Sub-purpose 3: To strengthen systems for effective responses to the OVC and their caregivers needs.
